To measure the mouth tray size for your impression kit:

Measure the widest point on the outside of your teeth or gum ridge at the very back of your mouth.

 

You can use string, floss or tape measurement to get the measurement.

 

 

 

You can also fully bite on a paper towel, and measure the outside of the widest point of your bite mark.
