How does it work?
We'll send you an impression kit and from your impressions, a custom fitted dental appliance will be created.
What type of appliance will work for me?
Each appliance has it's own unique characteristics. If you are unsure which appliance will suit your needs, contact us using the contact form, chat box or you may email: patrickdeandentures@gmail.com. Give us a brief description of what you're looking for.
How do I get started?
To start the process, first place your order.
After you place your order, we will send you an impression kit and instructions to take your impressions. Impression kits are shipped within 3 business days the day after the order is placed. Return shipping is not included, and buyers will have to ship their own impressions back after their impressions are approved.
Once we receive your impressions, your appliance will be processed and you will be notified once your completed appliance is shipped.
How do I choose my impression kit size?

How long does it take?
All orders are shipped USPS Ground Advantage (expedited shipping is available for additional cost). Orders will have multiple back and forth shipping. Actual turnaround time in lab is:
Flipper (1-3T): 10 business days in lab
Retainer: 10-12 business days in lab
Night Guard: 1-2 weeks in lab
Flexible Valplast Partial: 2-3 weeks in lab
Repairs: 2-3 business days in lab
Impression Kits, Putty & Trays: Within 3 business days
Full Denture Steps:
Bite Block: 5-7 business days in lab
Teeth Try-In: 1-2 weeks in lab
Finish: 1-2 weeks in lab
Metal Partial Steps:
Framework: 2-3 weeks in lab
Teeth Try-In: 1-2 weeks in lab
Finish: 1-2 weeks in lab

How do I care for my appliance?

What if my appliance does not fit?
We offer free adjustments. Buyer will have to order a new impression kit if adjustments cannot be based on their old impression. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order or would like to initiate a return, please contact us or email: patrickdeandentures@gmail.com.
Restrictions and Warning Disclaimer
Do not use: if you can wiggle your teeth; if you have any current tooth pain; or have any oral sores, gum disease, or bleeding gums.
Ask your dentist before use: if you have any loose fillings, loose caps, or cavities without fillings; if you have clicking in your jaw, jaw pain, tooth pain, facial pain, or have a difficult time chewing; and/or if you have serious breathing, respiratory or other health issues.
Stop use Immediately: if you develop sores, gum irritation or bleeding; if the product disrupts your breathing, causes any pain or discomfort, or gagging; if the product changes the way you bite lasting more than 10 minutes after the appliance has been removed.
