Refund policy
Returns & Cancellations (Excluding Full Denture):
- Within 60 days from the order date: will have a 15% custom-made-item fee of the appliance cost or $40 will be deducted from the refund amount, whichever amount is greater.
- After 60 days and within 120 days from the order date: will have a 25% custom-made-item fee of the appliance cost or $40 will be deducted from the refund amount, whichever amount is greater.
- Completed orders after 120 days from the delivery date are nonreturnable, nonrefundable and nonexchangeable. All sales are final.
- Orders after 1 year from the order date are nonreturnable, nonrefundable and nonexchangeable. All sales are final.
Returns & Cancellations for Full Denture
Returns for a finished single full denture will have a custom-made-item fee of $245.
Cancellations for a single full denture in process will have a custom-made-item fee up to the current step in progress:
- Impression kit: $40
- Bite Block: $80
- Teeth Try-In: $245
Returns & Cancellations Cont.
Impression kit, putty and mouth trays cannot be returned for a refund once it is shipped.
Expedited shipping and any additional shipping services cannot be refunded once the shipping label is generated.
Return shipping is buyer's responsibility. Returns must be approved and to be received within 30 days after the date of return approval.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us on our site or you can contact us at: patrickdeandentures@gmail.com.
We offer free adjustments. Buyer will have to order a new impression kit as adjustments cannot be based on their old impression. The dental appliance must be approved to be sent in and received by us within 30 days after the appliance is delivered.
Refunds
Return request for completed cases must be submitted within 30 days of the order date. Approved returns must be shipped back in a timely manner and received within 30 days after the date of return approval. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returns. Once the inspection is passed, you will be refunded on your original payment method if your order date does not exceed 120 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund depending on the payment method used and the financial institution.
