Impression Kit Size Guide

Custom upper and/or lower removable Flipper partial denture for front and back teeth. A type of partial denture made from acrylic with or without thin metal wire clasps.

  • Custom Designed: Custom lab made from your impressions. Design may not be exact as listing photos and will vary by individual. 
  • Impression Kit Included: One impression kit is included per customer. Each impression kit includes 1 try to do your impression. If you feel you will not be good at it or want more tries, you can order extra putty or impression kits here to add to your order.
  • Choose Your Tooth Shade: Refer to the shade guide on the third photo to choose your shade. Tell us your desired shade when you submit your impressions for approval. If the shades shown are not what you desire, please let us know. 
  • Realistic & Beautiful: Made from gum colored acrylic to blend in and realistic resin teeth.
  • Affordable Option: Lower priced than other partial dentures.
  • Not as durable as other partials
  • Flippers have 2 thin metal clasps by default for retention. They are prioritized to be placed on the back teeth to not be visible unless certain conditions do not allow it. In that case, you can opt to do no wires, but you'll have to use dental adhesive to keep it in place. 

 

The Process:

  1. Place your order.
  2. Impression kit will be sent to you.
  3. Take your impressions using instructions.
  4. Take photos of your impressions to submit for approval. Return info will be provided upon approval. 
  5. Mail back your approved impressions for processing. Please refer to FAQ page for processing times.
  6. We will notify you when it ships with tracking number. 

 

Warning: If you are going to have a tooth removal or have had one done recently, you need to wait at least 1 month before doing your impressions.  

If you require XS or XL mouth tray size and/or your order includes items for different people, please contact us after order is placed.

    Perfect fit and eating well again!

    I was in a quandry with my dentist of 18 years, I have only 5 upper front teeth of which 3 are capped. I have had a partial upper for 15 years and it needed to be replaced due to the loss of one of the anchor teeth and loose fitting. My dentist didn't want to make me a new upper partial and was pushing me into a full upper denture at a cost of $5800. I did not want to have my last good teeth pulled and when looking for altenatives online I found PDD dental and liked what I saw on the website. So I initianted my order for a new partial and prompltly recieved my impression kit and did my impressions and here I am 3 weeks later, I recieved my new upper. It fits like a glove and it was a pleasure eating my first meal with my new teeth! PDD was super responsive to all my emails with them, the quality of the new teeth is exceptional and well fitting! I am so glad to have found thier website and I am now recommenfing my sister for a replacement set of upper and lower dentures! kudos to Patrick Dean and his lab! Thanks a million! Did I mention that my old upper cost me $2500 fifteen years ago and the new one from PDD was $395! What a bargin!

    Wish I had done it sooner

    I am a 50 year old father and I hate going to the dentist. Patrick Dean Dental was recommended to me by a dental professional as an affordable option for a front tooth flipper. I initiated the process and chose a 3 day rush for the fabrication process, received the order within 10 days of sending the impressions out. I was assured that the product was equal to superior in quality to that of in office procedures at a fourth of the out of pocket cost. It fits great and matches perfectly…Wish I had done it sooner.

    Awesome work!!

    I could not be happier with this partial/flipper for 3 front teeth. PDD does amazing work. They made the process easy by answering any questions that I had, communication was great. My emails were always answered. The process took about two weeks and shipping was fast. When I took it out of the box and put it in, the fit was perfect. I highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a good online dental lab with affordable prices for partials/dentures. I will recommend to family and friends.

    OMG!!! I just received in my new partial from PDD and I could NOT be any happier!!!! I went with a lower ( 6 ) teeth partial, and it is amazing!!!! It fits perfectly and looks and fits perfectly! I highly recommend this Company and Patrick also stayed in contact me with me the whole time... It took less than 1- 1/2 weeks from start to finish... When I went to my Dentist, they explained it would drain my Dental Insurance plus an additional $500.00 - WOW!!! I will never go anywhere else if I need anything like this again!! I cannot express my gratitude enough and it only cost me $275.00... Very good Company and very reliable... I highly recommend PDD for any Partials you might need...
