Impression Kit Size Guide

Custom removable upper and/or lower partial denture made of Valplast for front and back teeth. Valplast material allows for durability and slight flexibility while maintaining aesthetic quality.

  • Custom Designed: Custom lab made from your impressions. Design may not be exact as listing photos and will vary by individual. 
  • Impression Kit Included: One impression kit is included per customer. Each impression kit includes 1 try to do your impression. If you feel you will not be good at it or want more tries, you can order extra putty or impression kits here to add to your order.
  • Choose Your Tooth Shade: Refer to the shade guide on the third photo to choose your shade. Tell us your desired shade when you submit your impressions for approval. If the shades shown are not what you desire, please let us know. 
  • Realistic Teeth: Made from gum colored material to blend in and realistic resin teeth.
  • Light & Thin Material: Valplast is more flexible than acrylic, and is thinner and lighter. Due to the special material, it is not easy to repair. Flexible does not mean soft. 
  • Metal Free: No metal showing. Gum colored clasps hook onto adjacent teeth and gums. 

 

The Process:

  1. Place your order 
  2. Impression kit will be sent to you
  3. Take your impressions using instructions
  4. Take photos of your impressions to submit for approval. Return info will be provided upon approval. 
  5. Mail back your approved impressions for processing. Please refer to FAQ page for processing times.
  6. We will notify you when it ships with tracking number. 

 

Warning: If you are going to have a tooth removal or have had one done recently, you need to wait at least 1 month before doing your impressions.

If you require XS or XL mouth tray size and/or your order includes items for different people, please contact us after order is placed.

Quality craftsmanship excellent service

Thank you so much for making my lower partial.
I worked in the dental industry for 14 years, I wanted a valplast partial and did my research. I couldn’t be more happy , the process was easy and great customer service!!The turnaround exceptional ! It snapped right in like glove!!! That takes talent!! Coming from the field of dental I know a great job when I see it !
Not having insurance and out of pocket was my only option so being able to get a valplast at the price listed was amazing.

Very pleased

I have had about 3 partial dentures made in the past at the dentist office, and was very skeptical about ordering one online, but my new dentist quoted $1,700 to have one made, so decided to give Dr. Dean a shot. When I first received the partial, it squeezed my teeth so much that I thought it wasn’t going to work, but after wearing it a few times, it is now the best fitting partial I have ever owned. Dr Dean communicated with me via text about specifics - including color, which is a perfect match. I’m very happy to have found this service and highly recommend it. I purchased a single tooth partial for an upper middle/back missing tooth. I talk and eat completely normally with it and the material it is made of is non-toxic and has no flavor.

Upper 6 Teeth Valplast Partial

Firstly, Dr.Patrick has the patience of a saint! He was with me throughout my year long journey to finally get partials! He answered all my million questions & concerns and also gave me great pointers along the way.

I couldn’t be happier with the results. Excellent customer service and fast shipping. I highly recommend ordering your impressions. I lost 2 crowns with the teeth and left a gap on the side. I now have my smile back 😃 total time is about a month.
